 |  Fantasy Tea Party Questions and Policies How do I book a Party? Contact Fantasy Tea Party: (810)227-2789 Booking A Date: We suggest, that you call our office first, to see if the date is available, partys are booked on a first come, first served bases. Due to popularity, it is advisable to reserve your date 1 to 2 months in advance. There is a $50- $100 non-refundable deposit to book your party. Where are your partys held? We bring the party to you! Your event is held in your home, or location of your choice. Ex: Church Hall, Local Park, School, Club house, or other locations. Need a location? Contact us, we can set that up for you. How far does your service reach in Michigan? Our office is located in Livingston County, however by popular demand, we have expanded our services. We will travel up to 2hrs from the Brighton/Howell area. Additional gas fee will apply. Our "Create A friend" package can also be shipped any where in the United States. What day could I have a Party? The most popular dates are, Saturday and Sundays, however Fantasy Tea Party, is available for events 7 days a week. We will glady work with you to accommodate your schedule. How long are the Parties? Our party packages range in length from 1hr to 3hrs, depending on the theme, and party package chosen. Your party hostess will arrive 30 minutes prior to event, to set up. What are the age requirements? Depending on the theme, our partys range from age 1 to 101! The youngest guest will be fascinated with our princess party, while pre-teens will enjoy a variety of other themes. We didnt forget the Moms and Grandmas. They too, are welcome to join in on the fun! Are invitations included? Yes, invitations are always included in our party packages. They are theme coordinated, and will be mailed out to you after we recieve a deposit. Fantasy now provides complimentary r.s.v.p service with all of our packages! What happens if there is inclement weather? In the event of inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances on your party date, Fantasy Tea Party reserves the right to reschedule your event. We will gladly work with you to choose an alternate date for your party. Is Tipping Appropriate? Gratuity is always appreciated, however tipping is not required. How many guest may I invite? Our packages our calculated for partys of 8, including the birthday child. However, we can accomidate for up to 100 guests. Price will be $10 per person after the limit of 10 guests. No party is too small, or too large for Fantasy Tea party! Will make-up be used? For most event themes, light make-up, temperary tattoos, and/or face painting, may be used. What should the children wear? All of the fantasy tea party costumes are made to wear over the childs clothing. Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in and light attire suggested. What forms of cash do you accept? For deposit we accept personal checks ,money order or credit card through paypal however the final payment is due the day of event ( or sooner with paypal) and we require a money order, or cash payment. NSF: A FEE OF $ 25.00 WILL BE DUE FOR ANY PAYMENT RETURNED FOR NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS What makes Fantasy Tea Party so unique from others in your market category? Our costumers are the key to our success. Unlike the other companys in the same department, non provide the personal attention to detail that we do. Our creative staff has developed many new services not offered on the market today. We will contiue to create new themes for our growing costumer base. Oops! What about tears,spills or breakage? Not to worry,the children are very careful with the china, in 6 years we have had only one cup dropped,and our fairy god mother is wonderful at fixing any accident tears. My daughter has her heart set on having a Fantasy Tea Party, however I have a limited budget. Do you have payment plans? Yes, Our goal is to be affordable for everyone! Payment plans are available, and you are more then welcome to create your own package. Our event planner will work with you to create an affordable package. *Special rates are offered for smaller groups with less then 5 children. Did you use to have a building? We did have a childrens tea room in Brighton on Old US-23. As our Royal Family grew and the popularity of our unique travelling tea company grew, we have grown and expanded to serve all of our customers in the comfort of their own homes. We have had many requests to open another tea room in the community for girls and boys, and we are pleased to say that we will be opening a tea room soon in the Livingston County area. Which will accomidate all of our unique themes for girls and boys as well as our bridal service. However Fantasy Tea Party will remaine a travelling tea party company serving all of Michigan. Parking Please be sure to leave us ample room in your driveway for easy access to your door for unloading and loading. As for many of our props and supplies can be very heavy.
